Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Honeyluxe Cosmetics. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. customs delays, weather, courier disruptions).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@honeyluxecosmetics.co.uk and we will assist you.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend an order.
